In our processing department, cut flowers are checked for quality, trimmed on the line, packaged and placed in water. Together with the processing manager, our dedicated and responsible team leaders each carry daily responsibility in various roles. You will prepare work, monitor the production process and be the contact person for our marketing departments. Part of the work is done in the cold room (temperature approx. 4°). In the role of "Admin" you are responsible for all work preparation and constant overview of the production process. As team leader "Packing Line" you are responsible for efficient palletising and the provision of processed goods in the dispatch cooler as well as for final inspection.

We are looking for a respectful, independent and physically resilient person with a completed apprenticeship as a logistician or similar and several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company (preferably in the fresh produce business). You enjoy hands-on work and act as a role model. With your good administrative and communication skills, you support our appreciative team culture and a positive working atmosphere. Enthusiasm for fresh products, willingness to work flexible hours including 1-2 Saturdays per month, German as a mother tongue, good MS Office skills and an affinity for inventory management systems are considered a matter of course.
