Do you want to combine technology and medicine? As an Application Manager for Clinical Information Systems, you take professional responsibility for a central clinical information system and actively shape its future. In the application team, you will find short communication paths, a lot of personal responsibility, and colleagues who love their field of expertise. Your work is evident daily where professionals rely on reliable digital processes.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the stable operation of the clinical specialist application and independently drive improvements forward
Together with the specialist departments and external partners, you clarify processes and evaluate new requirements
You keep an eye on and continuously maintain the interfaces to adjacent systems
Furthermore, you accompany releases, create test concepts, and participate in change and lifecycle management
Additionally, you provide knowledge transfer through training and advise on questions arising from everyday application use
You also improve internal IT operational processes and occasionally take on on-call duties
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science (HF/FH), a basic medical education with a strong interest in technology, or something comparable
You have already gained several years of practical experience with clinical information systems
Application operation and working in projects are part of your usual routine
Knowledge of the standards HL7 and DICOM as well as experience with system integrations complete your profile
You approach parameterising applications carefully and competently
Furthermore, you convince with clear organisation, pragmatic solutions, and enjoyment of teamwork
