Responsibilities:
- As the person responsible for system platforms at clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, you configure and maintain networks, servers, clients and Microsoft products to ensure they run smoothly.
- You are also responsible for handling system technical calls quickly and effectively to resolve issues and provide support when needed.
- Furthermore, you document system platforms to ensure a clear overview of configuration and operation.
- You also implement, maintain and support the internal infrastructure and employees to ensure everyone can work smoothly.
Qualifications:
- As an IT specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (Informatiker EFZ), you have completed your training; school leavers are also welcome.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft platforms and services, which helps you understand and maintain complex systems.
- You have a structured and forward-looking working style to work efficiently and effectively.
- Additionally, you are reliable and willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of our customers.
