Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the construction and operation of the data centre infrastructure as well as all servers
You take care of the maintenance, upkeep and operation of the virtual servers
You undertake the monitoring, patching and updating of the entire infrastructure
You actively contribute to IT projects and support their implementation
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science FH/HF or an equivalent qualification
You bring solid experience in the operation and further development of IT infrastructure services and understand the dependencies between the various components of a large IT infrastructure
You have very good knowledge of server virtualisation and container environments as well as experience with peripheral systems such as network and firewall
You have extensive experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, especially with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and automation skills with Ansible (Morpheus, VMware Tanzu and NSX are advantageous)
You have very good German (spoken and written) as well as technical English skills
