You structure complex business issues and translate them into actionable specialist concepts for web and smartphone solutions; you coordinate defined project areas.
You observe user behaviour as well as relevant market and technology trends and derive concrete development opportunities from them.
You coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve digital touchpoints and accompany their further development throughout the entire lifecycle.
You strengthen the digital skills of employees through knowledge transfer, individual support and targeted learning formats.
You expand structured user tests, evaluate insights and promote consistently user-oriented product design.
Qualifications:
You have solid practical experience in gathering, evaluating and documenting professional requirements, preferably in a digital environment.
You hold a university degree in an economic or technical field of study or a relevant vocational training with corresponding further education.
You are familiar with basic architectural principles of mobile and browser-based applications as well as the functioning of common web technologies.
You move confidently between conceptual planning and practical implementation and quickly familiarise yourself with new subject areas.
You act proactively, communicate clearly and combine cooperative collaboration with a structured, independent working style.
