How you can contribute

• Conduct procedures for the approval of electrical installations and hydropower plants, primarily in German
• Support the team in the enforcement of the Energy Act, the CO2 Act, and the Federal Act on Climate Protection Targets, Innovation and Strengthening Energy Security
• Assess legal issues in these areas and prepare legal documents
• Organise and participate in meetings and coordination sessions with relevant authorities (ESTI, cantons, FOEN)
• Represent the office in the field of administrative criminal law

What makes you unique

• University degree (Master's) in law
• Knowledge of administrative law
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and working in a political environment
• Quick comprehension, good analytical and conceptual thinking, and a goal-oriented working style
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
