Team Leader Internal Sales (m/f/d)

Role:
You will lead a team in internal sales and ensure professional handling of customer orders. You will coordinate the operational day-to-day business, oversee demanding projects, and specifically develop existing sales processes.
Responsibilities:
You will lead the internal sales team both professionally and personally and coordinate daily operations.
You will be responsible for the quotation and order processing up to shipping and export.
You will support your team with demanding customer enquiries and organise internal training sessions.
You will coordinate larger customer orders and projects in close collaboration with the field sales team.
You will monitor project deadlines, contractual agreements, and financial requirements.
You will ensure communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments and identify additional customer needs.
You will optimise sales processes and develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) and have several years of professional experience in internal sales.
You have experience in leading and coordinating a team in sales support.
You are confident in using MS Office and have knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
You demonstrate leadership skills, communication ability, organisational talent, resilience, as well as an independent, careful, team- and customer-oriented working style.
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form and ideally bring French and/or Italian language skills.
