Job Description
- Responsibility for 2nd-level support of the ERP solution COMARCH
- Independent prioritisation, analysis, and processing of support tickets
- Active follow-up of support cases and ensuring a quick and sustainable resolution
- Development of optimisations for quality assurance, standardisation, and automation of ERP processes
- Creation and maintenance of clear documentation (internal department and key user specific)
- Participation in release upgrades and international rollouts
- Planning and conducting training sessions and workshops for key users
- Consulting and supporting business contacts as well as analysing, evaluating, and implementing professional requirements and new functionalities within the assigned area of responsibility
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers
- Execution of planned maintenance windows and participation in on-call duty
Profile
- Completed education or further training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in application or ERP support, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of ERP systems; experience with COMARCH is an advantage
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High level of personal responsibility and independence in task processing
- Enjoyment in questioning processes and identifying improvement potentials
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Communicative personality with the ability to convey complex matters clearly
- Team player with a cooperative and open working styleHigh quality orientation and good organisational skills
- Openness to change and new technologies
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
