Tasks
- You lead construction and infrastructure projects and ensure, within the framework of user representation and PbFM, the achievement of cost, quality and schedule targets across all SIA phases
- You advise internal organisational units on space and infrastructure issues
- You accompany the development of modern and needs-based work environments from the initial requirements gathering to implementation. This includes workplace, learning space and laboratory projects
- You develop usage concepts, room programmes and functional layouts and jointly work with specialist departments, operators and users to define the requirements and foundations for planning
- You understand how to bring together aspects such as functionality, user needs, sustainability and economic efficiency
- You coordinate internal specialist departments as well as external planners, authorities and service providers and ensure effective interface management
- You accompany larger equipment and relocation projects, prepare decision-making bases and presentations, and reliably keep an eye on budgets, project documentation and administrative tasks
- You contribute to feasibility studies, needs analyses, variant assessments as well as to the further development of standards and processes in facility management
Profile
- You have a university degree (FH/Uni) in facility management, architecture, interior architecture, real estate management or a comparable field
- You bring profound experience in construction or real estate management and ideally have already successfully accompanied construction, conversion or workplace projects in a demanding environment
- You are familiar with the processes of construction projects across the SIA phases and have a good understanding of spatial, operational and organisational contexts
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and know how to coordinate different stakeholders reliably and appropriately for the target audience
- You appreciate working in interdisciplinary teams, communicate confidently with internal and external partners and keep an overview even in dynamic project situations
- Ideally, you have knowledge in workplace management or are willing to further educate yourself in this area
- You are proficient in using common project management tools
