Technical Sales Back Office & Export Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company in mechanical engineering. The company develops and produces high-quality technical solutions and places great value on quality, innovation, and reliable customer service.
Role:
Are you familiar with technical sales back office and experienced with international deliveries? In this position, you are an important contact person for your customers and accompany their concerns from the first contact to invoicing. You combine commercial expertise with technical understanding and reliable export processing.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a customer portfolio and handle all steps from enquiry to billing.
You organise deliveries within Switzerland and abroad and coordinate the necessary shipping processes.
You clarify technical and commercial questions regarding spare parts and process corresponding customer orders.
You prepare customer offers and actively follow up on any outstanding feedback.
You coordinate repair orders and ensure reliable handling of customer concerns.
You take care of goods returns, credit notes, and complaints.
You work closely with purchasing, production planning, warehouse, shipping, and technical departments.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed commercial training in a technical environment.
You have at least five years of experience in sales back office, ideally from the machinery industry.
You bring solid experience in export and/or foreign trade.
You are very familiar with SAP and confident in using MS Office and Excel.
You are characterised by initiative, accuracy, resilience, organisational talent, reliability, and teamwork, and enjoy customer contact.
You communicate very well in German and have English skills at level C; French is an advantage.
