What awaits you
- You are primarily responsible for the entire human resources (excluding compensation) for field sales
- You lead a team of four employees both professionally and personally
- You support the team in day-to-day operations, especially with labour and social security law questions
- Together with your team, you advise and support the entire field sales on all HR-related matters
- You drive the continuous development and digitalisation of HR processes and tools
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training with completed HR further education (e.g. HR specialist etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration or similar
- Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with high social competence and assertiveness
- Empathetic, service-oriented and committed personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in optimisations, innovations and continuous development
- Excellent German and good French skills. Italian skills are an advantage
- Change management experience is an advantage
