System Administrator 80 - 100% (a) Schaffhausen

Your tasks

• Ensuring the IT operations of our customers
• Analysing and resolving disruptions and error states
• Release and update management
• Supporting our customers with projects, support, and maintenance assignments on-site or via remote maintenance
• Instructing and advising our customers
• Close collaboration with engineering and project managers

Your profile

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent further education
• Experience in support
• Good knowledge of Windows servers and Windows client operating systems
• Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy know-how
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services
• Enjoy daily interaction with customers and colleagues
• Very good German language skills
