To complement our pool of instructors, we are looking for a

Instructor with a Focus on Practical Counseling

for the area of inter-company courses for Health Specialists.

In this role, you will advise young learners in groups in a solution-oriented manner to process and reflect on challenging care situations or problems from their professional practice. The learners are in the 3rd or 4th semester of their three-year training. They learn and work in various nursing areas of healthcare such as long-term care (nursing homes), acute care (hospital), psychiatry, home care, and KJFF (children/youth/families/women). The course planning and materials are binding and provided by OdA Gesundheit ZH.

Your profile:

• Supervisor with BSO recognition or coach with BSO recognition with experience in group coaching and working with young people, or training with a similar qualification
• Broad repertoire of methods in counseling
• Social pedagogical training or training in the health sector is an advantage
• Enjoy working with young people
• Availability for several days during calendar weeks 09 to 14 and calendar weeks 37 to 40
