Your Tasks

• You are responsible for case management, determination and payment of the insured daily allowance
• In addition, you maintain contact with our contract partners, doctors, other insurance companies as well as our insured persons
• Coordination and planning of the management of the benefit case are part of your responsibilities
• You are responsible for scheduling and processing clarification cases and provide information to those affected by phone or in writing

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial or medical basic training
• You bring several years of professional experience in the health and/or social insurance sector
• An independent, precise and efficient working style as well as good PC user skills are required
• You are a communicative personality and enjoy working in a team
• Good knowledge of French is a great advantage
