Night Baker 80 - 100%

Your area of responsibility:

Producing and finishing various breads and small breads according to recipes and company specifications Monitoring dough fermentation, proofing process and baking times Ensuring consistently high quality of our products Operating and monitoring ovens and production equipment Independently organising the nightly production processes Assisting in the convenience area Adhering to safety, hygiene and quality standards Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and work surfaces

What we expect:

A completed apprenticeship as baker/confectioner EFZ (specialising in bakery and confectionery EFZ) or equivalent professional experience Willingness to work regular night shifts and occasional weekends
