Senior Specialist for Service Management and Workplace (76072)

Task

We are looking for an experienced specialist in the field of Workplace & Service Management. Our client ensures the operation of one of the largest and most complex environments in the healthcare sector in Switzerland. The Workplace & Collaboration team is responsible for modern workplace services for several thousand employees and creates the foundation for a reliable and secure digital working day. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual who supports operational operations and at the same time brings in their experience to continuously develop our workplace services and operational processes. The following tasks await: Support in Service Governance & Policy Management, Provider and Process Management, SLA and KPI Management, Incident, Request and Escalation Management as well as general support, from identifying improvement potentials within the Workplace and Collaboration Service

Requirements

• Current residence in Switzerland, preferably in the Bern area
• Several years of experience as a Service Manager in complex IT service organisations (Senior Level)
• Sound knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Provider Management
• Experience in building service catalogsExperience in SLA and KPI management
• Experience in the Workplace and Collaboration environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management

Project duration 3 months with option for extension
