With an apprenticeship as a draftsperson at AFRY Schweiz AG, you set the course for your professional future. We offer you a varied and challenging training in the exciting world of an engineering company.

During four years, you will gain interesting insights into various specialist areas and complete your apprenticeship with a federal vocational certificate.

From August 2027, we have a vacant apprenticeship position at our branch in Winterthur:

DRAFTSPERSON SPECIALISING IN CIVIL ENGINEERING- WINTERTHUR

During the training, you will learn, among other things, the following activities:

• Creating digital models and plans in civil engineering (including public buildings, residential houses, roads, track construction, sewerage and utility lines)
• Creating digital models and plans in bridge construction (including road and railway bridges for maintenance and new construction)
• Field assignments and construction inspections in collaboration with civil engineers
• Construction site internship of at least 2 weeks

For the apprenticeship, you preferably bring the following profile:

• Completed compulsory schooling (Sek A or good Sek B)
• Interests/strengths in geometry, mathematics and physics
• Enjoyment of technical drawing and precise work
• Good spatial imagination
• Confident use of computer applications and interest in digital working methods
