What you achieve

• Creating and developing building plans
• Secure implementation of standard-compliant execution details
• Compliance with regulations and guidelines in construction
• Ongoing review of the foundations to be processed and created plans for accuracy and completeness
• Support of project and construction management in tendering and submission processes
• Assistance in the preparation of reports and final documentation

What you bring

• You have completed training as a structural draughtsperson or technician.
• Planning in 3D/BIM is second nature to you and you have sound knowledge of ArchiCAD.
• You have at least 15 years of professional experience in an architectural office and possess very good knowledge of Swiss construction practices.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You are a team player with an independent and structured way of working.
