CANTON SCHOOL STADELHOFEN SEEKS: a SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER for E-GUITAR, 10 - 15%
The Canton School Stadelhofen is a short grammar school with a musical, classical and modern languages as well as mathematical and scientific profile. Our school is medium-sized (approx. 700 pupils), located centrally in the city of Zurich and has a high proportion of female students.
Your tasks
- From the start of the autumn semester 2026/27, a position as a teacher for E-Guitar of approx. 10-15% is to be filled at our grammar school. The employment is according to the Secondary and Vocational School Teachers Ordinance as a teacher in a fixed-term teaching contract and can be converted into a permanent position.
Your profile
- You have a university degree with a master’s in music education in the relevant subject and, if possible, teaching experience. You are motivated to contribute to school development in addition to teaching and to actively participate in the school community.

- The Canton School Stadelhofen has a traditionally strong focus on the arts and, in addition to instrumental lessons, runs various ensembles (orchestra, choir project, chamber choir, big band, band workshop).
