Mathematics Teacher at Montessori School Meyrin Montessori School Meyrin, located in the Geneva region, is looking for a mathematics teacher for our 12-15 year old class, lower secondary level.

- Workload: approximately 4 hours of teaching per week
As a Mathematics teacher, your responsibilities include:
- Taking charge of the mathematics for the 12-15 year old class.
- Offering teaching from the 9CO to 11CO curriculum by providing real-life connections that help young people understand and enjoy mathematics
- Ensuring that the PER objectives are met
- Sharing the child’s progress with parents
We are looking for a mathematics teacher with:
- A work ethic and values corresponding to the well-being of adolescents in their third developmental plane
- A team spirit and collaborative approach
- Enthusiasm, a love of taking initiatives and seeing them through, passion for mathematics and a desire to share this with pupils
Job requirements:
- Degree in mathematics or science teaching
- At least 2 years of experience in a secondary school class
- Native French speaker. Intermediate communication in English is an advantage.
- Swiss work permit or EU citizen
