Your field of activity

• Collaboration in the ICT Service Desk and handling support requests from employees and customers
• Support of employees and customers via telephone, e-mail, remote access and on site
• Installation and configuration of computers, notebooks, mobile devices, printers and other accessories
• Assistance in the maintenance and further development of ICT infrastructures
• Support in the management of user accounts, groups and devices
• Getting to know and applying modern workplace solutions
• Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults on devices, programmes and networks
• Collaboration in monitoring servers, networks and backup systems
• Support in ICT projects
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, checklists and instructions
