Facility Maintenance Specialist 100%, Emmen
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintenance and Value Preservation: You take care of the maintenance, care, and preservation of value of our buildings, technical systems, and facilities.
- Maintenance and Repairs: You carry out maintenance and inspection work as well as minor repairs and resolve technical faults.
- Care of Indoor and Outdoor Areas: You ensure well-maintained premises and outdoor facilities and undertake seasonal maintenance work.
- Coordination and Collaboration: You coordinate and accompany external craft and service companies and support technical projects.
- Safety and Order: You ensure the order, safety, and operational readiness of our infrastructure, taking into account the needs of our residents and employees.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed and recognised training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist or a comparable qualification
- Manual skills, technical understanding, and basic digital competencies
- Good German skills (at least level B2) in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility and safety awareness
- Team spirit, reliability, and a friendly, service-oriented manner towards residents and employees
- Flexibility, physical resilience, and willingness to work across houses as well as regular on-call duties
- Understanding of the special requirements of an ongoing care and residential operation and willingness to pitch in even in unexpected situations
