About the job

What to expect

 

• You receive customer orders, record them carefully and reliably accompany them until successful completion.
• You check electronic orders, clarify open points and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You keep track of invoices, credit notes and complaints and find customer-oriented solutions.
• You process and approve returns and shipments directly in our CRM & ERP systems.
• You assist with quotations, coordinate details with the field service and competently support our customers by phone and e-mail.
• You reliably process enquiries via our central e-mail inbox, solution-oriented and with a good sense of priorities.
• You support the field service in the preparation, coordination and follow-up of customer concerns, quotations and sales activities, working closely with various internal departments.
• You keep an eye on delivery dates, backlogs and customer information and communicate actively when it matters.
• You provide logistics data, catalogue texts, images and other product information for customer enquiries.
• You maintain customer master data and navigate confidently in our ERP and CRM systems.

 

What you bring

 

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
• You communicate clearly, approach people openly and enjoy service-oriented customer contact.
• You have very good German skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• You work confidently with MS Office and are open to digital tools and systems.
• You are interested in technology, accessories and new products – and want to keep learning.
• You bring team spirit, initiative, flexibility and a structured way of working.
• You think ahead, understand processes and costs and enjoy finding customer-oriented solutions.
