It supports doctors, attending physicians, group practices as well as healthcare providers (physiotherapists, osteopaths, psychologists, etc.) with IT industry solutions and comprehensive service packages. From appointment administration to the fully structured electronic medical record to the billing system, the entire practice process is mapped. Customer Service Employee 100% (m/f)
Workload: 100%

Main tasks
- Accompanying our new customers through the entry process for a smooth start in our organisation.
- Support, assistance and care of our existing customers by phone, virtually or in person.
- Responsibility for the structured and customer-oriented handling of exit processes.
- Administrative support of the agency management.
- Maintaining contacts with internal and external partners.
- Supporting the team in all administrative matters.
Requirements
- Completed or comparable training in the commercial field.
- You are a customer-friendly personality and already have experience in customer contact, preferably in healthcare.
- You enjoy working with numbers and like to explain them.
- You appreciate teamwork and consider it a matter of course.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution when dealing with customers.
- You bring a service- and customer-oriented as well as analytical and solution-oriented working style.
- You have proficient MS Office skills.
- Very good oral and written German skills, French and/or English skills are an advantage.
