Facility Management Site Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Operational responsibility for support services in a client mandate (quality, financial and personnel)
• Professional assistance and support to the mandate manager
• Leadership, promotion and continuous development of a team of 2-3 employees
• Maintaining constant client contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
• Responsibility for our support services and ensuring a high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
• Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
• Planning, organising, coordinating, monitoring and optimising all workflows
• Independent recruitment of new staff
• Management of material, machine and equipment orders
• Administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in the HLKKSE field as well as good knowledge in facility management or similar
• Completed SIBE and sprinkler maintenance training
• Knowledge of security systems (MRWA, RDA, intrusion, fire alarm system etc.)
• Several years of practical professional experience in a similar field
• Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills as well as English skills, both spoken and written, are essential
• Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organisation and coordination
• Service-oriented and independent working style with the necessary all-round view
• Good MS Office user skills
