Manager Technology Risk & Controls
Work location: Zurich region & remote work, part-time from 80% possible
You want to do more than just assess IT risks; you want to actively contribute to their transparent management and sustainable addressing? In this role, you take on a central task for IT Risks & Controls at Swisscard. You continuously coordinate and develop the IT Risk & Control Management Framework and ensure its effective anchoring in the company. At the same time, you support management and departments with sound analyses and practical recommendations. Together with internal and external partners, you contribute to further developing Swisscard's resilience and security culture.
YOUR TASKS
- You accompany IT risks throughout their entire lifecycle and support risk owners in implementing appropriate measures.
- You maintain a holistic view of IT risks, controls and measures through independent assessments.
- You identify gaps, dependencies and optimisation opportunities early and thereby strengthen the sustainable development of governance.
- You analyse relevant threats and developments and assess their impact on the IT risk and control landscape.
- You coordinate collaboration with auditors, the parent company and internal partners and ensure effective exchange.
- You advise projects and departments on IT risk, control and governance issues and clearly and solution-orientedly contribute your perspective.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring experience in one or more of the following areas: IT risk management, IT governance, information security, internal controls, audit or a comparable environment.
- You enjoy working with management, governance bodies and various stakeholders.
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a related field is a good foundation. Equally important to us are your experience, your holistic view and your motivation to effectively advance topics.
- You can explain technical matters clearly and engage different target groups effectively.
- You communicate very confidently and appropriately in German and English, both written and spoken.
