About the job
In the school unit Neuwies we run three kindergarten classes as well as six primary classes with around 210 children. Appreciation, trust, reliability and humour are core values that connect us and guide our daily work with the children and our teamwork. We foster jointly responsible support and interdisciplinary collaboration and are guided by the concept of New Authority.
Social Pedagogue, approx. 75%
The position is initially limited to one year, with a prospect of continuation.
You accompany children in challenging situations with heart, clarity and professional confidence in everyday school life.

Your profile - we are looking for
a personality,
- who has training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification
- who remains calm, reflective and solution-oriented even in challenging situations
- who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration and active parental work
- who has experience dealing with children with behavioural issues or social challenges
