• focus your work together with your team on the needs and concerns of our renowned clients and support them reliably, bindingly and personally?
• answer questions from insured persons as well as specialists from HR departments quickly, competently and service-oriented – by phone, in writing and by e-mail?
• take responsibility for mutations, monthly recurring interface runs as well as other business transactions, e.g. the takeover of new affiliation contracts and annual financial statements?
• apply your sound expertise in occupational pension provision (2nd pillar) purposefully, further develop it and contribute as a competent contact person in day-to-day business?
• take on responsibility beyond your own area of tasks, actively shape changes and bring in new ideas as well as external perspectives?

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU…

• several years of professional experience in the technical administration of pension funds as well as very good knowledge of the BVG and related social insurance areas
• a strong affinity for IT systems and experienced handling of large amounts of data
• a pronounced service and solution orientation, with the customer needs at the centre
• a structured, precise and responsible way of working, high self-organisation as well as a positive, pragmatic attitude
• very good German, French and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
