Network Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support of internal IT workstations and end devices as well as user support
Processing and resolution of technical inquiries in 1st and 2nd level support
Monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation of network infrastructures in internal and external environments
Analysis and rectification of network faults as well as implementation of technical measures
Execution of installations, commissioning, and maintenance work directly on site
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or comparable technical qualification
Good knowledge of switching, routing, and network protocols
Experience in service desk and IT support with structured incident management
Basic knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux server environments
Solution-oriented and customer-friendly working style, good German and technical English skills, as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
