HR Specialist (m/f/d) – Golf Club Breitenloo

Golf Club Breitenloo is a family-oriented private club near Zurich, featuring an attractive 18-hole golf course, practice facilities, restaurant, office, and pro shop.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and competent individual as

HR Specialist (30% workload or hourly basis)

Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of the entire personnel administration, including the creation and management of employment contracts, references, personnel master data, and personnel files.
• Support throughout the entire recruitment process – from creating job descriptions and applicant selection to hiring and exit interviews.
• Organisation and implementation of onboarding processes for new employees.
• Independent execution of payroll and time accounting as well as management of time tracking, including communication and coordination with our provider and administration of the badge system.
• Handling absences and insurance cases, especially in cases of illness and accident, including the associated administrative processing.
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on personnel-related and labour law issues, ensuring the correct application of the applicable contractual bases, especially the LGAV.
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR projects as well as the continuous optimisation and further development of HR processes.

Your Profile

• Completed training or further education in Human Resources, as well as professional experience in a comparable HR role.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and experience in personnel administration and payroll processing.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong social and communication skills as well as discreet and professional handling of employees and confidential information.
• Very good German language skills and confident use of MS Office and common HR systems.
