About the job

At klaroADHS, we are currently establishing a new care area: psychological psychotherapy. You will not take over this area as a finished structure, but will shape it from the ground up – professionally, organisationally, and in close collaboration with our medical team. If you are keen to build something new rather than manage an existing system, this is your opportunity.

Your tasks

• You will build the psychological psychotherapy offering at klaroADHS from scratch and influence how it functions
• You will take on the professional leadership and further development of this area
• You will treat patients yourself under the order model and bring your own professional signature
• You will work closely with our medical team and actively shape this interface

Your profile

• University degree in psychology as well as a Swiss (or a foreign one recognised by the federal government as equivalent) advanced training qualification in psychotherapy
• At least 3 years of psychotherapeutic professional experience, including at least 12 months full-time equivalent at a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic institution recognised by the SIWF
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Desire to take responsibility and actively shape an area rather than just manage it
