In this versatile role, you will look after various companies of the Securitas Group in Western Switzerland, combining operational HR expertise with an eye for overarching contexts and actively shaping the further development of our HR.
HR Business Partner (Western Switzerland) 50 - 70% (m/f/d)
What you will achieve
- You are the central HR contact and sparring partner for the assigned group companies in Western Switzerland, advising managers on personnel, leadership, and organisational issues and supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You accompany personnel, talent, and succession planning and advise managers on performance, development, and compensation matters.
- You support managers in challenging personnel cases, especially regarding performance and behavioural issues, conflicts, and separation situations.
- You manage and coordinate HR-related case management, working together with other specialist departments.
- You advise and accompany organisational changes and reorganisations and contribute to the development of people, structures, roles, and collaboration.
- You analyse relevant HR key figures, identify personnel and organisational areas for action, and jointly derive appropriate measures with those responsible.
- You ensure the implementation of HR standards and personnel policy requirements in the companies you support and actively bring the business needs into the further development of HR.
- You accompany recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with other specialist departments and ensure a professional and smooth handling of HR processes together with HR administration and payroll.
- You take responsibility in cross-departmental HR projects, for example in the areas of digitalisation or employee experience.
- You represent the HR Business Partner for the German-speaking part of Switzerland when required.
What you bring
- You have a higher education or further training in Human Resources Management (e.g. HR specialist with a federal certificate, HF/FH, or a comparable qualification).
- You bring several years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner, and are familiar with advising managers up to the level of managing director.
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and are confident in handling demanding personnel situations.
- You combine strong consulting and communication skills with a good understanding of operational contexts and approach different stakeholders respectfully and confidently.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, take responsibility, and have strong judgement, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- You enjoy shaping change; you have an interest in organisational development, HR processes, and digitalisation.
- You have a high IT affinity and work confidently with common digital work and HR tools.
- You are willing to undertake occasional regular travel within Switzerland to support our group companies.
- Your mother tongue is French or you have very good French skills; good to very good German skills enable you to collaborate across language borders. Any additional language is a plus.
