About the job

• As the central point of contact for patient hospitality, you will design first-class service processes together with the deputy hotel management that make our patients' stay as pleasant as possible.
• You lead a motivated team of around 8 employees and trainees and ensure that all concepts and legal requirements are consistently implemented.
• You take on varied tasks within the hospitality processes at our locations, manage events and maintain close communication with your team.
• As the interface for customer enquiries, you ensure clear, solution-oriented communication and thus strengthen trust in your area.
• You are actively involved, contribute operationally and inspire your team through lived service quality.
• From the well-maintained appearance of the St. Gallen site to the coordination of repairs, you ensure that everyone feels completely comfortable with us.
• Your expertise flows directly into exciting PSG projects and actively shapes our processes.

• You bring several years of professional experience in gastronomy or hospitality, ideally in healthcare, and have a higher vocational qualification in facility management.
• High service orientation, responsibility, flexibility, independence, organisational talent and networked thinking are among your strengths.
• You work service-oriented and are willing to take on weekend and public holiday duties.
• You know how to motivate your team, promote cohesion and live a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
