We are looking for an internal sales consultant with solid experience in the door sector for our company Kuratle & Jaecker AG at the Basel location. Internal Sales Consultant Wood-based Materials 80-100%

Your main tasks

• Expert customer advice by telephone
• Competent personal customer advice for the entire range
• Receiving, clarifying and processing customer enquiries and orders in the door sector
• Project support from quotation to delivery including technical and organisational coordination
• Hub function between field sales, customers and suppliers

• General administrative tasks in the internal sales team

Your profile

• Professional training in the wood processing industry or comparable specialised training
• Negotiation skills in dealing with customers and suppliers
• High service orientation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Good PC skills, SAP and CRM advantageous
• Confident German language skills, spoken and written
