Junior IT System and Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Collaboration on IP telephony and call centre solutions
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Hyper-V and storage systems as well as Windows servers
Management and monitoring of the backup system including documentation and creation of instructions
Support in 1st and 2nd level support and handling of ticket systems
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
Know-how in 1st and 2nd level support; school leavers are welcome
Preferably knowledge in VOIP and IP telephony
Experience with virtualisation (Hyper-V), storage systems and network technology
Very good German and good English
