Do you enjoy being on site and want to contribute to exciting construction projects and take on responsible tasks? Are you interested in independently managing construction supervision of smaller/medium-sized projects or working on larger projects in a team, overseeing everything from cost estimation through tendering to handover? Are your strengths in coordinating, leading and motivating a wide range of project participants? Then come to us! We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Construction Manager / Site Manager to complement our construction management team in Zurich.

• Managing the construction site on location
• Independent (partial) project management of exciting building construction projects
• Tendering and involvement in awarding contracts through to execution and commissioning
• Execution scheduling, site logistics as well as cost planning and cost tracking
• Application of LCM (Lean Construction Management) methodology in construction projects

• Completed basic training in the construction sector such as building draughtsperson, architecture or civil engineering or diploma as construction manager, technician in building construction
• At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management or similar activities in Switzerland
• Initial experience in tendering is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with Messerli Bauad and other cost tools
• Independent and responsible working style, assertiveness and strong communication skills
