Your tasks

In your role as ERP Systems Specialist, you will complement the IT team and shape the interface between IT and business processes with a customised ERP system. Your area of responsibility includes:

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system with complex interfaces as well as support and further development of ERP processes
• Analysis and optimisation of operational procedures in the office
• Consultation on technical solutions for business requirements
• Implementation of new systems and processes
• Support and training of employees in the use of the systems
• Participation in the future ERP project (ERP upgrade and data migration)
• Preparation, control, and dispatch of billing runs

Your profile

• Completed training in ICT or a degree in computer science as well as several years of professional experience with ERP systems
• Technical understanding of Linux, Bash, PostgreSQL is essential – Python and AI knowledge is a plus
• Experience in project and change management
• Understanding of technical systems and business processes
• Experience in data analysis or accounting is a plus
• User-oriented, solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
• Team spirit, analytical and interconnected thinking, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn
• Fluent German skills, good English skills, French or Italian skills are an advantage
