YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for specialists and managers – from the recruitment mandate to the first day of work – in close cooperation with the line and the central HR Service Centre.
- You advise and support managers and develop suitable recruitment strategies together with them.
- You create appealing job advertisements and strengthen our employer brand.
- You manage applicant selection, conduct interviews, and ensure a professional, appreciative candidate experience.
- You conduct contract negotiations, coordinate contract conclusion, and handle the associated administrative tasks.
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial basic training with HR further education or a relevant university degree, for example in work and organisational psychology or business administration
- At least 1-2 years of experience in personnel acquisition as well as experience in healthcare or clinical environment
- Strong social skills, service orientation, and confident appearance
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to set priorities correctly
- Good MS Office skills; SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage
- Very good oral and written communication skills
