About the job

The SWS Schools for Business and Languages are looking for a committed teacher for the SVEB Certificate Level 1 course. You have extensive experience in adult education and convey your knowledge in a practical and enthusiastic manner.

Teaching times:

Monday, 13:00 – 21:15

Your tasks:

• Conveying the teaching content according to SVEB certification requirements
• Planning and conducting courses with a focus on adult-appropriate didactics and methodology
• Supporting and advising participants during the course
• Promoting a constructive learning atmosphere and practical knowledge transfer
• Conducting performance assessments and feedback discussions

Your profile:

• Diploma in Adult Education HF, Federal Diploma as Training Manager, Diploma as Teacher at Higher Technical Colleges in main profession (1800h), Federal Diploma as Company Trainer, Master in Educational Sciences – Adult Education (120 ECTS, University of Geneva)
• Experience in adult education
• Ideally experience in conducting SVEB-1 events
• Enthusiasm for teaching and joy in supporting adults in their professional development
• Independent and responsible working style
• Ability to convey knowledge in a practical manner
• Communicative and empathetic personality with didactic skills
