Your tasks

• Co-development and establishment of a centrally oriented nursing education
• Further development of the education concept and training strategy
• Planning and coordination of practical training for apprentices and students
• Planning of training places and coordination of practical assignments
• Leadership, coaching, and further development of the two main responsible vocational trainers as well as all apprentices in nursing (around 15 apprentices)
• Organisation and leadership of specialist groups in the field of vocational education
• Ensuring and further developing a high quality of training
• Collaboration and networking with internal and external education partners
• Support of apprentices and students in special training situations
• Main responsibility for the selection, introduction, and support of new apprentices and students
• Evaluation of relevant training key figures and derivation of development measures

Your profile

• Completed training in the nursing field (HF, FH or DN2) or equivalent qualification
• Further training in the field of vocational education (e.g. trainer with federal certificate or MAS Adult Education)
• At least 5 years of professional experience and high professional confidence in nursing
• Experience in vocational education and enjoyment in the development of apprentices and students
• Strong conceptual, organisational, and strategic skills
• Proven leadership experience and enjoyment in the professional support and development of educational staff
