Become a manager at clever fit and lead your studio with a team of up to 6 employees!
Already during your training, you will receive a salary and learn everything needed to become a future manager at clever fit. In addition to your paid full-time position, you will have a 2-3 day on-site phase at SAFS every month.

Responsibilities

• Member support on the training floor, conducting trial sessions, creating training plans and active guidance
• Acquisition and retention of members
• Ensuring quality standards according to the employee handbook
• Support in inventory management while complying with internal and external guidelines
• Active participation in marketing measures or events
• Compliance with all regulations, rules and laws
• Assistance in regaining cancelled members
• Support in achieving target goals regarding Google reviews and trial session statistics
• Cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Fitness trainer licence completed or in training / also career changers welcome
• Interest in fitness, trustworthy, loyal and a team player
• Well-groomed appearance
• Confident communication in spoken German
