About the job
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the areas of gastronomy, residential group catering and housekeeping in the Münchenbuchsee living environment
- Leadership, encouragement and development of department heads and employees
- Ensuring high-quality, needs-based and economical catering in the residential groups
- Further development of the restaurant offering as an attractive meeting place for residents, relatives, employees and external guests
- Development of age-appropriate catering and service concepts taking into account the needs of people with dementia
- Responsibility for budget, cost control and resource planning
- Ensuring and further developing quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Participation in strategic and operational projects as well as active shaping of change processes
- Promotion of cross-departmental and interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist departments of the Münchenbuchsee living environment
- Active participation in the executive board and shaping the future of the Münchenbuchsee living environment
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Enthusiasm for working with older people and people with dementia

Your Profile
- Tertiary qualification (HF/FH) in hospitality, gastronomy, housekeeping or facility management
- Several years of leadership and management experience as well as pronounced business understanding
- Experience in communal catering, care gastronomy or healthcare is an advantage
- Strong service and customer orientation
