About the job
Since 2014, the Gellert Hof in Basel has provided a home for around 134 residents. The offer includes living areas for general as well as psychogeriatric care and nursing, a nursing group for people with dementia and age-related visual impairment, as well as a residential area. In addition, the Bethesda Park has 62 apartments with their own Spitex area for independent living in old age, located in the immediate vicinity of the Gellert Hof.
The Gellert Hof Retirement Centre is part of Bethesda Alterszentren AG, a network organisation of various retirement centres in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, anchored in an open Christian value culture.

RAI Responsibility (80%)
Your tasks....as RAI-LTCF
- you take responsibility for the correct implementation of the RAI system in accordance with legal and contractual requirements and ensure complete, comprehensible nursing documentation with RAIsoft
- you check the RAI process, regularly conduct quality checks and ensure correct coding for the classification of care effort groups
- you are responsible for carrying out health insurance controls
- you train and support the staff involved in the care process and plan and lead internal training sessions
- you actively participate in quality management and contribute to the analysis and evaluation of RAI quality indicators
...and additionally you are
- responsible for the procurement of all nursing products and accountable for adhering to the budget you set
- co-responsible - together with a residential area manager - for correct nursing documentation
- responsible for training staff in CareCoach
Your profile
- you are a qualified nurse HF
- you have completed further training as a RAI-LTCF expert
- you have several years of experience in RAI recording and have acquired knowledge in LTCF
