You don’t just want to implement requirements, but actively help shape how a business-critical ERP landscape evolves? In our logistics environment, you work on a highly customised Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution that controls central processes of our e-commerce and warehouse daily. Together with a cross-functional product team, you develop scalable solutions, improve existing structures step by step, and also contribute to architecture and product decisions. What to expect
- Further development of our extensive and highly customised Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 solution in the logistics environment
- Development of scalable solutions for business-critical warehouse and e-commerce processes
- Active participation in architecture, quality, and product decisions within the team
- Gradual modernisation and improvement of a codebase grown over many years
- Analysis of existing legacy structures and well-founded decisions on what should be further developed, isolated, or replaced
- Development and further development of integrations between NAV and surrounding systems
- Close collaboration with product management, team lead, and other software engineers
- Active involvement in refinements and the joint shaping of requirements
- Knowledge exchange through pair programming, code reviews, and joint technical discussions
- Working with Scrum or Kanban – tailored to the team’s needs
What you bring
- Several years of practical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- Solid experience with C/AL in a customised NAV application
- Confident handling of grown codebases and a good understanding of maintainable, clean code
- Experience with integrations between NAV and third-party systems, for example via SOAP web services
- Ability to analyse complex legacy code and pragmatically further develop it
- Enjoyment in shaping technical solutions together with product management and other engineers
- Product-oriented mindset and interest in truly understanding the business problems behind requirements
- Openness to short iterations, feedback, and continuous learning
- Experience with logistics, warehouse, or WMS systems is a plus
- Experience with ERP migrations is also advantageous
