Your tasks:

• Maintenance and further development of our quality management system
• Support in the implementation and compliance with quality and food safety standards
• Preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of internal and external audits; support and coordination of certifications (e.g. BIO, Fairtrade, SKAL, Rainforest or other standards)
• Maintenance, updating and management of quality data, specifications and certificates on various platforms
• Communication with customers, suppliers and external certification bodies at home and abroad
• Handling complaints as well as participating in root cause analysis and implementation of improvement measures
• Participation in projects for continuous optimisation of processes and quality standards

Your profile (You are / have / can):

• Commercial training in the field of food, forwarding or a comparable discipline
• Ideally first professional experience in quality management in the food industry
• Structured, independent and careful way of working
• Analytical thinking as well as enjoyment in the continuous improvement of processes
• Team spirit, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office programmes, openness to AI, ideally experience with Abacus
