Study Operations Coordinator
as a project staff member at the Zurich location (80 - 100%)In this versatile role, you actively shape the study operations and are an important contact point for prospective students, students, and the study management. You support the planning and implementation of teaching operations, conduct initial interviews, contribute to acquisition and marketing, and manage our social media channels. At the same time, you coordinate timetables, rooms, enrolments, and feedback processes, ensuring the smooth running of courses and the maintenance of our learning platform "Moodle". You also organise study trips and internal events such as workshops, kick-offs, and alumni events from planning to follow-up. With your organisational talent, communication skills, and ideas, you also contribute to optimising processes as well as to the further development and quality assurance of our educational offerings.
Your profile
- Federal diploma or higher technical college (HTC) with relevant professional experience
- Organised and communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Experience in selling continuing education or service offerings (advantageous)
- Very good user skills in MS Office; experience with e-learning systems such as Moodle, CRM tools, and social media (advantageous)
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends
