Bücheler Metallbau AG is a successful family business in the metal construction industry, producing railings and general metalwork for the whole of Switzerland (mainly German-speaking region).

For our family business in the construction sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a flexible, independent and trustworthy individual. In this versatile hub function, you will support the management and handle administrative as well as organisational matters with great personal responsibility. The position offers you plenty of scope for initiative and active shaping of workflows.

Your main tasks:

Comprehensive administration: Independent management of the entire secretariat and administration for all our companies.

Finance: Managing and recording the accounting including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns.

Human resources: Handling the entire personnel administration (entries and exits, monthly payroll runs, time recording management via Mobatime, accident reports as well as annual statements and settlements with social insurances and withholding tax).

IT interface: First point of contact for internal concerns, questions and error reports in the IT area.

Optional extension: Depending on interest and qualification, tasks in website/social media management, insurance or apprentice supervision can be taken on.

You bring with you:

Solid training: Commercial basic training as well as targeted further education in accounting and/or human resources.

Professional experience: Several years of practice in a comparable all-rounder function, ideally in the construction environment.

System know-how: Very good IT and MS Office skills; experience with Abacus and Mobatime is a great advantage.

Personality: You are an organisational talent with an exact, discreet and reliable way of working. As an uncomplicated, dynamic and engaging personality, you keep an overview even in hectic times.

Communication: You have an excellent command of the German language.
