About the job

The OdA Social Professions Zurich is the cantonal vocational training association responsible for basic education and tertiary level B in the professional fields of social work, education and counselling for vocational training development and promotion of young talent. We are the contact point for companies, associations and authorities and represent the interests of practice in vocational training matters. In addition to inter-company courses in basic education (ÜK AGS and ÜK FaBe), we offer vocational and practical trainers, specialists and managers vocational pedagogical further training and professional exchanges, take on practical training tasks in the tertiary sector and provide advice on educational matters. In cooperation with the authorities and the examination board 76 of the canton of Zurich, we carry out tasks in the qualification procedures (QV).

With marketing and communication activities, we promote the positive perception of social professions in the general public. Furthermore, we participate in career fairs and organise conferences and professional championships.

To strengthen the specialisations "People in Old Age" (MiA) and "People with Disabilities" (MmB), we are looking for the 2026/27 school year from the spring semester in a teaching contract for a

ÜK Learning Coach FaBe for the Modules

• Participation and Inclusion (MmB)
• Self-determination and Empowerment (MmB)
• Self-determination and Participation (MiA)

Your tasks:

• You train FaBe learners based on the applicable framework conditions (training ordinance, curriculum and training programme ÜK) and according to "zük" (Zurich ÜK model) in the respective ÜK action competences.
• You plan the ÜK according to our conceptual guidelines, conduct it and evaluate it.
• You participate in training offers and quality forums of OdA Social Professions Zurich and continuously further your education in your ÜK subject area.
• You contribute cooperatively to the team and actively participate in the conceptual further development of the ÜK offers if required.

You bring with you:

• A vocational qualification at tertiary level (higher vocational education or university) in the social sector and preferably a vocational trainer course.
• A vocational pedagogical further education (e.g. vocational trainer ÜK as a secondary occupation) or the willingness to complete it.
• A current practical reference in the areas of MiA and/or MmB.
• Experience in training learners and designing teaching events.

[1] Approx. 8 ÜK days in the 26/27 school year, the workload can be increased if possible in the following year.
