About the job
Your Tasks
- Excellent service and personal care for our supplementary insured patients before, during and after their hospital stay
- First point of contact for all non-medical questions and requests
- Management of the lounge and coffee service
- Quality control to provide services for supplementary insured patients
- Training of patient hospitality staff
Your Profile
- Completed training (EFZ) in hospitality, sales, tourism or commercial field
- Several years of experience in direct customer or guest contact
- Service-oriented personality with genuine host attitude
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- Very good oral and written German skills
- IT-savvy with very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work irregular shifts early and late during the following working hours: Monday to Friday including public holidays, between 07:00 – 18:00
