Your Tasks
You are a reliable and team-oriented person who feels comfortable in the dynamic environment of an emergency centre? If yes, then read on.
Tasks
- You are the contact person for reporting, i.e. the central contact for internal and external concerns – by phone or email – always in the back office, i.e. without direct patient contact.
- You finalise and send medical documentation such as medical and insurance reports to referrers, patients and authorities.
- You support the emergency medical team in administrative matters (e.g. pre-recording of notification forms).
- Together with your colleagues, you are alternately responsible for processing and managing group mailboxes and patient or relative enquiries.
- You can take on additional tasks within emergency administration, such as personnel planning.

Your Profile
- Commercial training and/or further training as a medical secretary.
- Professional experience as a medical secretary is an advantage.
- Very good German skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (KISIM an advantage).
